4 Innovation Lab for Cultural and Creative Industries 29 th June 2011 (second day) o Techniques of creative thinking for innovative business ideas; o Maturation of the business ideas with the support of consultants in specific fields (IP, Business Plans, Marketing); o Target groups: Entrepreneurs and CCI promotors; o 18 Participants. 6 Creative Laboratory for “Marketing Ideas” 15th November – 17th December 2012 o ‘After work’ sessions, 2 days per week o Specifically focused on Digital Marketing o Goal: to help entrepreneurs to market their ideas in a global market and to use digital marketing tools in an effective way. o Contents and activities: Web marketing, web analytics, effectiveness of use Social Networks: Facebook marketing, Youtube marketing, twitter marketing, complementary tools and; Marketing Plans. o Target groups: entrepreneurs and professionals of Arts, Culture and Creative Industries (CCI). o Total of 15 participants. Laboratories of Creativeness

8 o 132 members o Regularity of posts, approximately 3/4 times a week; o Average of visualizations: minimum 30 per post; o Relevant content area of posts: Cultural tourism, arts, design, cultural projects, cultural and creative industries; o Type of information posted: News, calls, scientific papers, events, links for relevant sites, publications, other projects’ activity.
