Step 1: Write the top 3 urgent needs on each paper (related to your career or JC path, 3 min.) Step 2: Select the most urgent need and keep it, for the rest, please give to the trainer Step 3: Share with the team what is your most urgent need

5 ©Copyright by JCI and intended for the exclusive use of JCI affiliated organizations, members and trainers Time: 5 minutes Steps: 1)Select the most important urgent needs 2)Draw the sense of your urgent needs come True on a paper 3)In teams of 2, spend 2 min each to share the sense when the dream come True 4)Then, put all drawings in a circle 5)Invite participants to around in a circle to observe other’s drawings (their dream) – 3 min 2 nd Tip: Make your DREAM come true
