1 Welcome to this high-level overview of Glenair’s “Out of This World” interconnect capabilities. This presentation covers our complete product range, from contacts to cable assemblies.

2 An Interconnect Industry Leader Since 1956
Glenair An Interconnect Industry Leader Since 1956 Original Glendale CA factory on Air Way Additional Italy and UK factories Complete vertical integration Mil-Aero interconnect industry’s largest engineering and technical support team Glenair is still located at our original factory site in Glendale, California; with two additional factories in Bologna, Italy and Mansfield, England. We like to think of ourselves as a uniquely responsive interconnect company of scale.  No other company combines the responsiveness of our technical support team, the productive capacity of our first-world based factories, the speed and availability of our massive same-day inventory, and, above all, our willingness to tackle even the most challenging interconnect problems—from small quantity specials to complex cables and integrated interconnect systems

3 Glenair Southern California Facilities
Our southern California factory is positioned for growth. We are the world’s largest manufacturer of high-performance backshells, micro-d connectors, connector savers, miniaturized mil-caliber circulars, aerospace hermetic connectors, qualified conduit systems and fittings and more. Our factory buildings are purpose-built, modular cells focused on general manufacturing functions or the special processes required to produce each of our 30 plus product lines. Glenair Proprietary

4 Glenair (In-House) Capability
All Factories Vertically Integrated In-house expertise in every interconnect production discipline: Engineering Manufacturing Precision Machining Injection Molding – Composite/Rubber Die Casting / Plating Hermetic / Ceramic Filter Integrated Electronic and F/O Systems Cable Assembly / Planetary / Over Molding Cable Jacket Extrusion/Blown Glenair is truly a one-of-a-kind manufacturer, with all of the essential production processes in-house. Glenair has over 250 Engineers, technicians and PHD’s world-wide. Our Southern California operations are one of the largest MAZAK machining centers in the western United States. We consume over 2 million pounds of aluminum annually; and plate in excess of 40 million parts per year. Other manufacturing processes are highlighted on the slide and include injection molding, die casting, hermetic glass sealing, ceramic filter array production, integrated circuit, flex and PCB manufacturing, fiber optics, and all forms of cable and harness assembly.

5 Quality Management System
AS9100 SAE and ISO 9001 Certified QMS audits Plus customer audits Boeing Airbus Raytheon Northrop Grumman Others The Glenair Quality management System, or QMS is certified and audited to ensure every process affecting quality is properly formulated and performed. These certifications communicate we’re serious about quality and consistency. Many customers, especially in our military/aerospace markets, require AS9100 or ISO 9001 certification to do business with us. Independent audits are conducted every 6 months on segments of our QMS to ensure we meet requirements. A complete re-certification audit of the entire Glenair QMS system is conducted every 3 years. In addition, many large OEM’s conduct their own annual audits of Glenair process and product quality. The slide lists just a few of the major OEM’s which audit and certify Glenair process and product quality. 5

6 Approved Supplier Credentials
Glenair is very proud of the many world-class OEMs and system manufacturers who have tested and qualified our company and products for use in their equipment. And Glenair is not a casual or one-time supplier to these companies. We are a top tier supplier to EVERY aerospace company in the world. We have ongoing successful relationships with the companies listed here and hundreds more. For many of these OEM, system and sub-system manufacturers, Glenair has become their principal interconnect designer and supplier—especially for the most challenging and difficult components they buy--such as EMI filters, hermetics, and composites. This status should give peace-of-mind to any company looking to do more business with Glenair. Bottom line: we perform and have the credentials to prove it.

7 Military Standard Qualifications
Glenair is a Mil-Aero connector supplier. Our product quality begins in engineering and is realized in manufacturing. To ensure both of these disciplines are functioning smoothly we submit designs and physical specimens for military Qualified Product List (QPL) processes administered by the Defense Logistic Agency of the US government. These certification exercises are multi-year activities testing every aspect of a product’s performance for mechanical durability, corrosion resistance, temperature tolerance, and most importantly, electrical circuit performance under various forms of stress such as vibration and shock. Glenair also subjects our non-QPL designs, such as our high-performance rectangular connector, the Series 79 Micro-Crimp, to all the same tests to ensure performance in accordance with accepted industry standards. This slide shows many of the mil-spec QPL’s that Glenair holds, but the list grows almost daily. Be sure to consult our factory for the latest QPL’s we have added to our list, or for FAA or individual OEM qualifications we also hold.

8 Bagged, Tagged and Ready for Immediate Shipment
Same-Day Inventory Bagged, Tagged and Ready for Immediate Shipment 100,000 part numbers and growing 48,000 square feet 93%-94% fulfillment rate Mark Twain quipped, “Facts are stubborn, but statistics are more pliable.” But we don’t need to skew our data on Same Day. With over 100,000 finished part numbers, Same Day inventory is already plenty impressive, and we’re constantly adding to it. Same Day stock bins encompass 48,000 square feet in Glendale, plus another 11,000 sq. ft. for conduit and plastic tubing bulk stock storage. We measure our Same Day fulfillment rate each month and find it varies between 93% - 94%. That means, if we say it’s in Same Day, it is, more than 93 times out of 100. 8

9 Summary of Contact Types
Signal & Thermocouple EMI Filter Coax/Twinax Optoelectronic Pneumatic Gas/Fluids Nano/Micro TwistPin Power & LouverBand Hermetic #8 Quadrax Fiber Optic From electrons to photons to fluids This slide illustrates the range of standard and special-purpose contacts manufactured by Glenair. Working from left to right (and enlarged so you can see the detail) we show the unique TwistPin contact that we use in our Nano, Micro-D, and SuperFly connectors. Next are various signal, thermocouple and power contacts. The silver plated LouverBand power contact shown goes into our Series 970 PowerTrip connector to improve current carrying capacity and reduce temperature rise in high-amp applications. Glenair is one of the industry’s premier suppliers of EMI and EMP filter connectors and we make a wide range of the component parts—including contacts—that go into these mission-critical assemblies. Of course we also make hermetic, shielded and fiber optic contacts to populate our circular and rectangular connectors in land, sea, air and space applications. Please also note a few extraordinary capabilities we bring to the table, namely optoelectronic media conversion contacts as well as contact systems for high-pressure gas and fluid applications.

10 Circular Connector Series Summary
