7 Second tab = Applications/ Client Line Reporting from drop down menu.

8 BANK OF AMERICA MERCHANT SERVICES SITE Question on top right “Would you like to return to the legacy Clientline application?” CLICK on the Click Here to get to Dashboard. This screen can be used to drill down and find information also.

9 BANK OF AMERICA MERCHANT SERVICES SITE This is the Dashboard. Select third tab from left “Funding” and options to pull various reports from drop down.

10 BANK OF AMERICA MERCHANT SERVICES SITE Enter Merchant number in Hierarchy ID, change to Location (not Corporate) and enter date range, then Submit.

11 BANK OF AMERICA MERCHANT SERVICES SITE Example of deposit postings for the month. More detailed information can be seen by clicking on the date in blue. As more detailed screens are displayed, clicking on blue will drill down to more detail.

12 BANK OF AMERICA MERCHANT SERVICES SITE Back at the HOME SCREEN, click on Card Processing Statements in top right corner.

13 BANK OF AMERICA MERCHANT SERVICES SITE Top right of this screen, click on Merchant Lookup. The top part will allow a summary, the bottom part provides a more detailed statement.

20 NEXCHECK (RETURNED CHECKS) Login Screen – Use Login Info sent to you by Nexcheck

21 NEXCHECK Home screen – from here you can search for returned checks by name or check number.

22 NEXCHECK When you search by name, the program lists all returned checks with the name you searched for – in this case I used the name Smith.

23 NEXCHECK When you pick the person you are looking for the program will show you the information for the check issued and returned. You can click on View Front or Back to see a copy the actual check received.

24 NEXCHECK You can click on Mgmt Prg Rpt in blue on the left side to print reports. This report will show you what checks have been received.

26 NEXCHECK From this same Progress Report Page – by changing the Report Table Code: (last box) to the word “out” you can see if someone who has a returned check has paid on it.
