3 Greetings Hello, my name is Carol Outland and I had the pleasure of interviewing Michelle, a 3 rd grade teacher in Tracy California. Throughout this presentation I will be talking about many aspects with regards to teaching. The next slide lists out my agenda. 11 Conclusion In conclusion teaching 3 rd grade is rewarding and exciting. Teachers need to be able to assess the needs of the students and find the best strategies for teaching.
