4 Internship Experience  2014-2015  Little Canada Elementary  K-6, approx. 550 students  Neighborhood School, Dual Language Immersion Program and Setting Three Autism Program  Roseville Area Middle School, Meyer Middle School (River Falls, WI) and North Saint Paul High School

5 Core Leadership Competency A: LEADERSHIP  Member of School Leadership Team and Behavior Team  Act as Music Department Chair and Lead Teacher  PLC leadership  Mentor new Staff  Summer Camp Coordination  School Improvement Plan

22 Conclusion  Overall I feel my internship provided me with excellent opportunities to grow in my leadership and understanding of the role of school principal at any level, program type, or school size.  I look forward to taking what I have learned and implementing it as a future school administrator.
