9 RMR & AMR Rule Changes and Emphasis PASSING SIGNALS: –Keep ‘em out until pass(es) complete WINDOWS: –Should be down NEW ISSUE: –Suction cup fastened devices inside the car – developing a new rule –In the meantime, MUST BE SECURE AND TETHERED
