1. Excel Spread Sheet- plug in dates along top row skipping column A

2. Write one goal per "sheet" skip line #1

3. Data Points align under dates

4. Hi-light with Mouse Row 1 and 2 with all dates/data points

5. After hi-lighting click graph symbol button and box on right will appear

6. Change to line

7. After change to line select next- box at right will appear

8. Check chart title

9. Enter labels for sides

10. After labels select next

11. Change to new sheet

12. Graph will appear- may remove legend on right-

13. Can insert line for intervention

14. Can create label for intervention line- with text box insert

15. Can change direction by right click on mouse and choose format text box
