14. Conclusion Daily Training is very important We, governments ask oil and oil chemical companies to do training for their people against future coming earthquake or other disaster. Local governments also have to send their fire-fighting people to such training facilities because we government do not have such facility. Needs for training facilities is increasing in Japan
