DISTRIBUTED LEADERSHIP Providing opportunities for teachers to become leaders in the school improvement process by providing opportunity, responsibility, professional development, formative feedback, supervision, trust, and accountability to take on leadership roles within the school/district SUCCESSION PLANNING Identifying and developing a diverse pool of teacher leaders within the district and providing them with professional development, leadership opportunities, and clinical experiences that prepare them to take on leadership roles within the district, school, or state
