The biggest issue that arises in papers is mainly attributed to singular and plural confusion, in two main ways: subject to verb noun (pronoun) to pronoun

So, choose the verb tense that agrees with the subject nearest to the verb. Ex. Either the boys or Charlie is responsible. Either Charlie or the boys are responsible.
