4. - 1995 to 1998 - Uncapped rock is left in ½ of the basement pending future development ideas …..

5. - 1999 - Excavation begins!

6. - 1999 to 2004 - Slow progress is made….

7. As the rock is whittled and hauled away, bit by bit ….

9. - June 2005 - And is turned into walls and used as fill around the property…

10. - June 2005 - The excavation is complete, the footings poured and the floor is prepared for concrete….

13. - -October 2005 – Jim wires and puts up gyproc …. Gyproc dust!

14. - - November 2005 - The gyproc is completed and the room is painted ….

15. - November 2005 - The furniture is built and painted before the floor is painted and the carpet installed ….

16. - December 2005 - The carpet is installed and so is the lighting ….

19. - December 2005 - Rocks are unpacked and reviewed ….

20. - December 2005 - Furniture is assembled ….

22. - December 2005 - The room starts to come together ….
