Content strategy workshop conducted in July 2014  The outcome of the workshop identified several projects that could be implemented quickly to help AIAA Publications achieve revenue and impact growth Short Term Projects Staff  Discoverability improvements—Optimizing AIAA content to ensure it gets found on- line and read  AIAA mobile content—Developing a mobile product/app to increase market penetration  Website navigation review—Restructuring key information on the website  Journal pricing review—Identifying optimal pricing strategy  Strategic content identification and evaluation tool—Developing methods to identify potentially profitable content areas for strategic development or acquisition Open Access update for 2014  AIAA continues to monitor calls for public access of federally funded research. 3
