Groups sensitising and involvement 1.2.- Groups sensitising and involvement –To make the social actors aware of the actions, in the rural areas at a local and regional level. –National and Regional Educational Bodies involvement for future official approval. –Web page and informative report creation containing the aims of the project and used as a forum for discussion.

4 1st Transnational Meeting IN - NATURE León - November 2003 1st PACKAGE.- 1/10/03 --- 31/12/03 Project Start and Coordination SPECIFIC AIMS –Each partner will choose a representant to form the Transnational Piloting Committee to start the project (transnational action and seminars preparation). –Continuous relationship with coordinator (IRMA SL) to help the partners, involved groups and beneficiaries to develop the tasks and to carry out the “work packages” objectives. –Each partner will get as many social actors involved at a local, regional and national level, to achieve a multiplier effect and results diffusion. –To use NICT for the project spreading, starting in the first phase (web page and news report).

Resource Virtual Centre 2.3.- Creation of a Resource Virtual Centre Enterprises involvement to adapt training 2.4.- Enterprises involvement to adapt training to their specific needs. - Training itinerary presentation: 7 Didactic Guides - Dissemination of the first 2 phases results.

6 1st Transnational Meeting IN - NATURE León - November 2003 2nd PACKAGE.- 1/01/04 --- 31/12/04 Making and redacting training itinerary SPECIFIC AIMS -To exchange technical and educational material (7 Didactic Guides) -Involvement by the rural training centres and the rural tourism enterprises al a local and regional level (project final test and assessment) -To develop the training itinerary, according to the training sections -To apply a permanent evaluation system from each partner: quantitative and qualitative (adherence signers) for initial valuation.

Transnational Meeting in Finland: Intermediate results, Focus Groups diffusion and Quality Management Plan) 3.1.- Assessment of the 7 Didactic Guides 3.2.- Transnational action report 3.3.- Involvement state of the social agents 3.4.- Design of a plan for results dissemination of the phases 1&2: informative report in the internet and the didactic guides translated to the partners languages.

8 1st Transnational Meeting IN - NATURE León - November 2003 3rd PACKAGE.- 1/01/05 --- 28/02/05 Intermediate Evaluation SPECIFIC AIMS -To monitor the Quality Management Plan within the Transnational Action, elaborated materialse and intermediate results. -To test and to assess the project, according to the implication rate from the education authorities and social agents, specially enterprises showing its capability.

To use teletraining as a method to assess the training itinerary validity 4.1.- To use teletraining as a method to assess the training itinerary validity: 30 pupils to test the project. To carry out rotation practices in enterprises 4.2.- To carry out rotation practices in enterprises- To design psychopedagogical and social-labour orientation model through personalised tutorials. To start the certification process 4.3.- To start the certification process at a regional and national level. 4th Transnational Meeting in Trento (Italy) 4.4.- 4th Transnational Meeting in Trento (Italy) -Participation of Education Bodies and social actors related with tourism and rural development -To distribute tasks and results diffusion activities. Virtual Resource Centre 4.5.- Virtual Resource Centre to elaborate a valuation plan - To create a “rural labour exchange” according to the job potentialities and to favour equal opportunities.

10 1st Transnational Meeting IN - NATURE León - November 2003 4th PACKAGE.- 1/03/05 --- 31/08/05 Project testing and didactic guides SPECIFIC AIMS - To carry out practical experiences in enterprises - To test training itinerary validity among the 7 partners, introducing teletraining as an innovative method within the rural areas. - Each partner will involve the educational authorities (official certification/competency “Nature and Rural Realm Interpreter”) - To present the 7 didactic guides (each language) - Each partner will carry out workshops related with the specific matters contained in the guides to assess the content by technicians in rural development and educational authorities. - To use the 4 Focus Groups to assess the practices and the rate of labour insertion achieved.

11 1st Transnational Meeting IN - NATURE León - November 2003 5th PACKAGE.- 1/09/05 --- 31/12/05 Publishing and dissemination of results 5.1.- Each partner will introduce the obtained results: -Handbook for training in interactive and multilingual CD Rom form. -Basic Guide for lingual learning (English/French) -Presentation of the 7 Didactic Guides in 4 languages. 5.2.- Presentation of the project assessment and test results. 5.3.- Establishment of a European Network for Nature Interpreters 5.4.- Resources Virtual Centre

12 1st Transnational Meeting IN - NATURE León - November 2003 5th PACKAGE.- 1/09/05 --- 31/12/05 Publishing and dissemination of results SPECIFIC AIMS -To monitor the Results Dissemination Plan of the pilot project within each country and at a global level. -To apply New Technologies to approach all the member states and to procure a multiplier effect among the social agents working in the fields of rural development and vocational training. -To start a European Network of Nature Interpreters, to promote collaboration among the partners once the 30 months of the project have finished. -To state the legal bases for the Resources Virtual Centre to valuate the project.

13 1st Transnational Meeting IN - NATURE León - November 2003 6th PACKAGE.- 1/01/06 --- 31/03/06 Project assessment and valuation 6.1.- 5th Transnational Meeting -Qualitative and Quantitative assessment Process -To prepare documentation for the Final Report (Administrative and Financial Handbook) -Internal assessment in the 4 Focus Groups and external with the institutions adhered to the project. 6.2.- To sign the agreement to give continuity to the Resources Virtual Centre as well as the European Network for Nature Interpreters to follow with IN-NATURE valuation plan.
