6 WHAT – Specific aims potentialities of the rural realm New Source of Employment (NSE). To include in the training system all the potentialities of the rural realm for this New Source of Employment (NSE). Nature Interpreter - fauna and flora for eco-tourism activities. Rural Realm Interpreter – rural architecture and artistic-historical heritage; ethnography. Valorization of craftsmanship and autochtonous agroalimentary products. Rural sustainable development Pyschopedagogical and social-labour orientation design Concerted training in enterprises Environment Chapter – Community Directives

7 WHAT – Specific aims To obtain the official approval of the Training Itinerary within the new qualification system To obtain the official approval of the Training Itinerary within the new qualification system according to the official rules of each member country. NICT tele-training To consider the use of NICT for women, youth and enterpreneurs in the rural realm (tele-training) Experimental participation for final assessment and validation of the project (30 participants) equal opportunities To foster equal opportunities in the rural realm Rural labour exchange Resource Centre (tele-insertion)

14 RESULTS – PRODUCTS AND DIFFUSION Handbook for students Interactive Guides (7 Thematic Areas) and “Basic Guide of Language Learning” (English&French) for the Nature Interpreters: a Handbook for students. Web page Web page implemented by the Resource Centre Handbook in 4 languages and CD-Rom Handbook in 4 languages and CD-Rom of the training process. Practical Guide Practical Guide: Tele-insertion Training in enterprises according to the experimental training with 30 students (self-assessment )
