21.  If a student fails 1 st or 2 nd semester of a required course for graduation, then summer school is needed to earn course credit.

22. HOPE Scholarship Program will average failing grades and passing grades in ALL core classes. College Prep pathway students will need a 3.0 core GPA – (partial pay) Vocational/Career Tech students will need a 3.2 core GPA Honors points will be taken out for the HOPE average. Only Advanced Placement courses will carry additional points (5 on a 4.0 scale) toward the HOPE average. Changes: HOPE Wants to see Advanced classes in Math, Science, Lang.
