22 Random testing The drug testing rate is 50 percent of the average number of driver positions Drug testing may be performed at any time the driver is at work 5c

23 Random testing Selection must be made by a scientifically valid method: – –Random number table – –Computer based random number generator 5d

24 Random testing Unannounced Testing dates spread reasonably throughout the year 5e

25 Random testing When notified, the driver must immediately proceed to the testing site 5f

26 Reasonable suspicion testing Driver must submit to alcohol and/or drug test when supervisor or company official has reasonable suspicion to believe the driver is using alcohol and/or drugs 6a

30 Return-to-duty and follow-up testing A driver is subject to at least six unannounced follow-up tests in the first 12 months Follow-up testing can be conducted for up to 60 months 7b
