3. Relevance Тoo many factors influence on efficiency and safety of air flow. The main element of air traffic management is an air traffic controller. His emotional state, state of health and other aspects are too important but the most important is level of his training which influence on reliability. 3

7. Description of the experiment It was asked 6 experts to give marks for all factors which influence on the reliability of an air traffic controllers. From this data we create a table with the marks. After this we used formulas which help us to know the factors that have higher influence on the reliability. With help of this formula we calculated average value of the marks. Experimental interview was carried out in period from 20.05.2015 to 26.05.2015 among experts from our institute. The results are given in diagrams. 7 After this we calculated dispersion, standard deviation with help of next formulas: And the last step of calculation was to define coefficient of variation, in order to calculate the percentage

13. After calculations we can say that factors which more influence on reliability are practical and theoretical training. On theoretical training are knowledge's about air traffic management and procedures. On practical training is simulator training. On simulator training is training in emergency situations. On the English language level is aviational English. 13 Conclusion

14. Recommendations We propose to use the model developed by us for analysis and identifying the weaknesses in the level of air traffic controller training. Also we recommends to give more attention for the factors that more influence on the level of reliability of air traffic controllers. 14
