3 3 Project Roles and Responsibilities Coordinator / Project Manager Responsible for: developing a definition of the project coordinating the work managing relationships with a wide range of groups ensuring project timing and resources managing the work of consultants maintaining a cooperative, motivated and successful team high goal orientation identification with the project topic flexibility & international thinking

4 4 Project Roles and Responsibilities Financial Manager Responsible for: providing administrative support to the Coordinator/PM monitoring from the financial point of view the expenses at project checking the financial flow at subproject level good experience in transnational projects good knowledge of European legal framework good knowledge of Programme rules

5 5 Project Roles and Responsibilities Trainer Responsible for: supervising the process training support good goal orientation holistic thinking know-how and experiences in different methodologies and subjects strong in communication convincing and diplomatic behaviour in critical situations high social and spiritual competences

6 6 Project Roles and Responsibilities Moderator (workshop, …) Responsible for: moderating integrative projects managing interdisciplinary networks preparing, moderating and analyzing workshops ensuring a continuity of the process over the project high social and professional competences high sensibility in connection with people and processes knowledge of the region good contacts to the leaders of stakeholders high flexibility good holistic know-how and communication abilities

7 7 Project Roles and Responsibilities Assistant Responsible for: setting of methodologies providing methodological guidelines supporting the SC, PB, PM, … in their activities facilitating teamwork cooperating with stakeholders on regional level good competence in transnational projects initiative ability in communication and organization

8 8 Team work PM needs to: Manage people and tasks Motivate the team Mantain the balance inside the team, between the team and external actors Delegate part of the work
