12 Reminders  Enrolment and registration status You must enrol each year Check your status by logging into Student Records Interruption or withdrawal during your post, please let us know as well!  Deadlines (Handout)  Coursework Submissions will now all be through KEATS  Statistics Course work, new template for submitting answers (available on KEATS). To submit your answers you must use this word document.  New Requirement – Research methods Training Plan; Student and Supervisor Report (Handouts) To be launched sometime between late May/ early June 2015 Methodological training plan Supervisors and students to complete a report every 6 months Students to complete the student report Students to provide supervisors with the supervisor report and a copy of their completed student report. Please ensure supervisors submit this report by the deadline.

13 Reminders Submission deadlines for Module 1,2 and 3: – If you started between August-October then deadline is 13 July 2015 – If you started between November-March then deadline is 11 January 2016 Submission deadlines for Module 4: – May Statistics Course day deadline: 4.00pm on Monday 13 July 2015 – November Statistics Course day deadline: 4.00pm on Monday, 11 th January 2016 All submissions must have a cover sheet to be accepted Attendance is compulsory

14 Statistics Coursework Provided before the course day via email (all emails will be sent your KCL email) It will also be provided on the day of the course Deadline if you attended in May is 13 July Email to iatadmin@kcl.ac.uk, handwritten submissions will be not be accepted

17 Deadline Summary Module 1: Subject Knowledge in Research and Clinical Practice  Coursework: Research Project Description  Expected to be completed at the end of your 2 nd year Module 2: Project Development and Grant Writing Skills  Course work: Grant Proposal  Expected to be completed mid to end of third year. Preferably before the Oral presentation  Coursework: Oral Presentation  Expected to be completed towards the end of your third year Module 3: Research Methods and Ethics  Coursework: Ethics Application  Expected to be completed towards the end of your third year Module 4: Statistical Methods and Techniques  Coursework: Three levels - Statistics I, II and III  All three levels need to be completed by the end of your third year to complete this module. It is preferable that you aim to complete this by the end of your second year.
