3AMS WMC 15 InformationYou can always access information about the WMC through the AMS home page or the AMS WMC conference pageThe AMS Home Page as of today (May 19, 2010)The link to the 2011 WMC in Reims is here until the conference is done. It will move up the list chronologically as events take place.In this area, you will see a place to login to the AMS site -- all active members can log in. A membership is not necessary to proceed to the conference page.Go to the web site and click here
4AMS WMC15 Conference Page This page is the main interface for all conference participants. You’ll find a link to the conference management system on this page. Find the link to the conference management system and click through to submit a paper.
5Create a user name and password, or login if you already have an account Step 1In creating your account, use the same login and password that you use to login to the AMS websiteFirst time users, use the option to sign up for an accountJust sign in if you already have an account
6To create an account, type the two words in the box and click on continue Step 2Setting up the account is easy; this is probably the most difficult part (reading the words)
7Step 3Enter your name, address and click on continue
8Your application is received: you will now receive an e-mail Step 4Your application is received: you will now receive anThis screen just provides information saying what to do if you do not receive the indicated in the second line.
9When you receive your e-mail, please click on the link Step 5

12Enter your login and password and click on sign in Step 8Enter your login and password and click on sign inAfter you’ve created your account, this will be the first screen you see before entering the conference management system.
13Click here to enter submit a paper. Step 9Now you are on the conference website – you can submit your paper hereClick here to enter submit a paper.This tool bar is the guide for most of the conference activities. Each “role” will see a different tool bar.
14Choose a track All the tracks will be listed on this page Just click on the track that you would like to submit a paper to – see the Call for Papers for a description of each.
15Enter Author Information Enter your postal address here .. Not address as shown for program chair.Enter the first authors information here.Check this box if this author is the corresponding authorFill in the information for any and all other authors
16Scroll Down to Enter Paper Information After you have finished entering all the author information, you can scroll down and see the place where you enter the Title of the manuscript and an abstract. DO NOT INCLUDE A TITLE PAGE OR OTHER AUTHOR IDENTIFICATION ON THE PDF FILE THAT YOU PLAN TO UPLOAD AS A SUBMISSION.Enter three or more key words here.
17Click on submit to submit the paper to the WMC Track Chair. Upload the PaperAfter typing key words, browse your computer and find the pdf file you wish to upload as a submission. Select the file.Click on submit to submit the paper to the WMC Track Chair.
18Confirmation After you’ve submitted the paper, you will get an confirmationyou can always return and find the information about the paperincluding review status (click overview or paper__)you can submit multiple papers by choosing new submissionYou will get a confirmation showing the information about the paper.You can always return to the system and update information on the paper.
