THE FIVE WEAPONS: The Five Weapons to destroy the five internal Thieves - Deep level of Compassion (Daya), Complete compliance to Truth (Sat), Inner Contentment (Santokh), Overflowing Humility (Nimrata) and Total Love (Pyar). The Sakhi puts into practise the 5 major virtues promoted by Gurbani

What’s this? Over the next few lessons we’ll look at how each of these qualities is achieved through our mental and physical identity as ordained to us by the Almighty Vaheguru himself. Blank canvas or billboard We are all walking billboards for Sikhi...what does your billboard say? Self Reflection Time: What does your billboard say? Are you meeting the qualities you wrote down?

What is this? TASK: What is the point of a uniform? What does it represent?

Sikh Uniform issued on Vaisakhi day... To meet all the qualities your class humans highlighted and to connect to Vaheguru...our disciplined uniform (5 kakkar) was created by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Jee. On Vaisakhi day came the Creation of the Khalsa- our true family

Definition: Khalsa which means 'pure' is the name given by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Jee to all Sikhs who have been baptised or initiated by being blessed with Amrit in a ceremony called Amrit Sanchar. The Khalsa are the foot soldiers/army of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Jee. Khalsa "Khalsa mero roop hai khaas.” The Khalsa is my complete image The Sri Sarbloh Granth Sahib Jee is a holy scripture written by the 10th master, Sahib Sri Guru Gobind Singh Jee. One of the more well known hymns contained within the Sri Sarbloh Granth Sahib Jee is the shabad “Khalsa Mero Roop Hai Khas.” Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji gives praise to the Khalsa, his brave warrior nation.
