4 Why do we need these and what is it for? Initial Assessment:  To find out what your experience of the subject is  To find out how you learn and any support you may need Throughout your learning with us:  To regularly monitor your progress and achievement against the course objectives  For you to set individual personal learning targets 2015/16

5 Cont’d  For you to keep a reflection diary on your learning experience  For your tutor to give you written feedback on your progress At the end of the course:  To capture ways in which you benefited from the course you did not expect  What you are going to do next  Your comments on the course 2015/16

6 Every student must: Read, check and sign the Personalised Learning Agreement Fill in any missing information Amend any information which is not correct to show the right information Hand it back to the tutor at the end of the lesson 2015/16

7 IT User Contract For any courses using PC and internet:  Students to read and complete the IT User Contract E:Safety  Be e-Safe 2015/16
