Plan Revision *WECC-0043 Drafting Team is moving along, trying for monthly activity, alternating conference calls with face- to-face meetings. *Last met Sept 19 th to refine issues & scope and set goals and dates, next meet Nov 19 th & 20 th *The WECC document project will require the revised Plan be put into the newly created WECC document categories. So, major changes to appearance, even for things not proposed for revision. *Issue Teams are progressing.

6. USFDT Plan Revision Issue Teams 1-Philosophical - (curtail in transmission priority, curtailment on path for modified accommodation, etc) 2-Mechanical - improve TDF accuracy (WWSM tie in etc), curtailment processes 3-Applicability (- expand Q Paths? - split COPS & curtailments? 4-Dues - A-how to split program costs (status quo; UF causality; load pro-rata (regular Assessment formula) & B-how to bill (still separate or with Assessments) 5-Reformat (new WECC doc categories: Standards, Policies, Criteria, Guidelines)

7. Path status Path 20 OC voted in June to disqualify if no call for relief by Sept 15 th. No calls made, Path 20 was DQed on Sept 16 th.
