11. Take Vote on Bylaws We will launch a poll for voting (Yes, No, Abstain): I vote in favor of approving the proposed bylaws changes (with the proviso that the change in eliminating 2nd VP and reducing Nominating Committee to 5 would take effect at end of terms of 2015).

To provide opportunities for inactive Lifetime Members/Alumna to reconnect and support the ongoing work of the Association. Efforts will strengthen both AGSES and the Girl Scout Movement.
