Auto Document Creation On registration and when selecting an associated template, the system can auto create and file a new document on your behalf and auto link to the required register. Document Revision Revise documents as they are alerted. The older revised document will be moved to a Revision folder while the latest revision will remain. A list of all revisions will be kept on record however, the company can decided on then to start deleting old revisions automatically. Document Work Flow For document reviewing, redlining, editing, approving etc, Document Confidentiality Mark document as confidential either to the creator or a group of users. Document Movement Move documents off site and block other users from opening it. When returning it, it will auto revise.

10 Modules and their functionality? Main ModuleSub Modules Asset Management Asset Registration Register an unlimited amount of assets; Can add serial number, Barcode, Linked Numbers, Groups, Types, Manufacturer, Date Purchase, Purchase Price, EUL, location, GPRS, responsible parties, end-users and a lot more… Depreciation and book value; Current value and estimated replacement value; Four hierarchies available to best display the assets location; Maintain, replace, replace if maintenance costs > book value, out of service and reasons, In service but not maintaining; Cost to maintain roll up; CAD positioning; Warranty end date; Fixed asset or moveable asset; Issue cost-to-company and issue charge-out-rate; Scheduled and Reading maintenance (vehicles etc.); Advanced Entries costing, efficiency, maintenance costs, operational costs, downtime, quantity of breakdowns and services performed, availability, EUL values, estimated replacement year, estimated replacement value, PV, write-off and more…

Main ModuleSub Modules Asset Management Asset Value Register Similar to the Advanced Entries but less comprehensive; Enter or auto populate the depreciation either individually or by mass selection; Asset Movement Manager Updates the asset register and the hierarchy when executing an asset movement; Allows for quick condition monitoring (before and after); Can be associated to work orders and projects; Electronic approval; Set Defaults for Maintenance Enter the defaults per asset that you would potentially like auto populated when creating a new work order; Specification Entries Enter an unlimited list of asset specifications; Enter default answer to the specification in question; Preferred Vendors Enter an unlimited list of preferred vendors per asset; Enter the preferred level, last price, last price at a specific quantity and date last order placed; Document Paperclip Exists in all major registers (+/- 70) to enable the user to attach documents to a specific entry. This can be manuals, images, transactions etc. Linked Documents Similar to the paperclip except it is selected from the Document Register that has the ability to perform revision (version) control;

12 Modules and their functionality? Main ModuleSub Modules Asset Management Clients Linked to Assets If clients are in possession of your assets, you can enter the assets under each client; Assists when performing call logs for external service requests; Employees Linked to Assets Even though within the asset register the end user can be entered. This is a second option that allows multi-entries for historical purposes. The last end user entered will be automatically entered into the asset register; Auto File Link Register A new feature recently added to quickly attached documents under a defined folder. By the click of a button the documents under defined folders will be list and thereafter can be attached to an asset or many other register; Similar to the Document Paperclip; Asset Cross Reference Parent to child relationship development; Instrument Cross Reference Linking instruments that work with specific assets; Fixture Cross Reference Linking fixtures and fittings to assets; Spares Cross Reference Linking spares that work with specific assets;

13 OUR NEW GOAL Develop a centralised CMMS and SHEQ application (web-enabled or cloud based) with a split database for each company; This will consist of the general requirements that can be found in a CMMS, Project, CRM and Document Management system as a minimum requirement; Develop a joint module specific to SHEQ standards to assist consultants to remain within the standards required by the Government for competency; On application hosted centrally for an unlimited amount of users; All data is confidential and no other company can see another companies information TO MAKE IT AFFORDABLE …we propose… No one pays to join the site and enter their company as a potential user; Users only pay per click per page/task at a rate that will be affordable for all; All we want to do is cover our costs and make minimal profit for growth;
