9 QUALITY SERVICES We employ over 275 people ranging from 16 – 78 year olds 100% of our staff are ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with us as being a positive employer We have 14 members of staff on the YMCA Apprenticeship Scheme

11 Cascades & Cygnet currently have 2,000 weekly Swim Academy lessons and 700 School Swimming lessons each week

19 11% (11,000) of the Gravesham population are now members at the leisure centres ATTENDANCES 825,000 annual visits compared to 590,000 in 2003 52% increase in low income visitors now attend the leisure centres

20 Income increased from £1.7M in 2000 to a projected £3.7M in 2014 An investment by GCLL in excess of £1.2M over and above Contract requirements All achieved with some of Kent’s most competitive and discounted activity prices particularly for those on low incomes FINANCIALS
