(e.g. AFNETOPS) XCD – Warfighter and Intel Delivery Leads initiatives in fulfilling SECAF and CSAF's vision of an integrated, capability-focused enterprise, with the common goal of serving the warfighter's needs and eliminates the information seams dividing today’s capabilities. (e.g. Warfighter Integration) XCP – Policy and Resources Directorate Leads capital planning and investments for information technology and national security systems.; also provides policy and governance oversight for Air Force information technology and national security system development and fielding; develops, applies, and leads the Air Force's Enterprise Architecture effort as a tool for strategic planning and investment. (e.g. budget) XCT – Cyberspace Transformation and Strategy Directorate Responsible for establishing cyberspace as a domain. Shape doctrine, strategy, and policy for communications and information activities and serves as the functional advocate for 30,000 personnel. (e.g. Strategic Planning, Force Development)

17 I n t e g r i t y - S e r v i c e - E x c e l l e n c e SAF/XC Directorates XCS – Director of Staff Manages the administrative, contracting, personnel, and training needs of SAF/XC. COCR – Current Operations & Crisis Response Provide information on the organization's direction for the execution of Continuity of Operations, C4 Situational Awareness, Crisis Action, Force Management support, and Postal Operations for SAF/XC. CPI – Continuous Process Improvement Implements the principles of AFSO21. Continuous Process Improvement is a problem solving methodology to reduce inefficiencies and streamline day-to-day activities. GCIC – Global Cyber Integration Center Teams with major commands, joint and coalition partners, national agencies, industry and academia to develop, integrate and standardize air, space, and cyberspace components. The GCIC manages Command & Control and cyber innovation, experimentation, and transition efforts including Joint Expeditionary Force Experiment.

It is located in Orlando's Central Florida Research Park, with DoD, Joint, service, contractor, and educational organizations focused on modeling and simulation (M&S).
