On Oct. 26, the Jacksonville Beaches Kiwanis Club hosted a Halloween party for 44 children and their parents at the Sulzbacher Center in downtown Jacksonville, which provides temporary housing for families currently enduring unfortunate and challenging circumstances. The Beaches Kiwanis wanted to make sure that these children and families had a Halloween experience equal to any other. The Fletcher High School Key Club and the Mayport Elementary K-Kids Club provided decorations, games, face painting, crafts and refreshments.
