Nancy Bernard talked about the donations needed for Builder’s Club Wolfson Hospital Project, and Walt Pfeil announced the Finegan K Kids Club meeting to be held in the afternoon. Jane Fairall Managing Broker of Watson Realty on Hodges Blvd Jane spoke to us about the local real estate market. Butch Shadwell read to the kids at Southwinds Villas and Anders Park Head Start Programs last week. Thank you,Jane,for your informative talk. Walt Pfeil, Butch Shadwell, and Sandy Ostroski attended. The kids were working on the Wolfsons Children Hospital Project with the Mayport Builders Club. February 10th MAYPORT Elementary K KIDS CLUB For their February service project the K Kids made Valentine’s Day cards for all the school’s faculty and staff, to let them know how much they are appreciated. The K Kids read an article titled “The Power of Nice” and afterwards wrote down ways in which they good be nice and do good deeds for others. Division 5 group The International Board of Trustees and Kiwanis members globally have a vision: To turn Kiwanis into one of the most effective volunteer service organizations in the world.
