4 Oprah Winfrey An American media proprietor, talk show host, actress, producer, and philanthropist. Best known for her multi-award-winning talk show The Oprah Winfrey Show. Born into poverty in rural Mississippi, experienced considerable hardship during her childhood, saying she was sexually abused at age of nine. Landed a job in a third rated local Chicago Talk at the age of 19, boosting it to first place  Launched her own production company and became internationally syndicated.

6 SWAMI VIVEKANANDA An Indian Hindu monk and chief disciple of the 19th- century Saint Ramakrishna Paramhansa. A key figure in the introduction of the Indian philosophies of  Vedanta and Yoga to the Western world. A major force in the revival of Hinduism in India, and contributed to the concept of nationalism in colonial India. Founded the Ramakrishna Math and the Ramakrishna Mission.

11 LEARNING FROM MISTAKES
A MAN MUST BE BIG ENOUGH TO ADMIT HIS MISTAKES, SMART ENOUGH TO PROFIT FROM THEM, AND STRONG ENOUGH TO CORRECT THEM. FAILURE IS INSTRUCTIVE. THE PERSON WHO REALLY THINKS LEARNS QUITE AS MUCH FROM HIS FAILURES AS FROM HIS SUCCESSES THOMAS ALVA EDISON

12 NEVER GIVING UP You need to maintain your faith that you will soon succeed in small things and in time in great ones. Never give up on your dreams!

13 Consistent practice Practice isn’t the thing you do once you are good. It is the things you do that makes you good. Focus on your timing. Don’t let people or things distract you.

14 Innovation Don’t be afraid to innovate be different
Have your own ideas.  Following the crowd is a path to mediocrity. Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.

15 Self reliance Don’t worry the about blame and don’t waste time in complaining.  Make your decisions and move on. People aren’t always going to be there for you, that is why you need to learn to handle things on your own.

16 HAVING POSITIVE ATTITUDE
Stop being afraid of what could go wrong, and start being positive about what could go right. Forget how stressed you are and remember how blessed you are Whenever you feel like quitting think why you started.
