Meet Wendy Chance, CTS Volunteer Role Wendy's volunteer assignments with AHRMA include current role, Vice President of Membership 2015-2016, President 2011, Past President 2012, Vice President of Programs 2009-2010, Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations 2013- 2014, and serving as the first SHRM Foundation Chapter Champion in 2008. Wendy Chance, CTS, is Vice President for Evins Personnel Consultants, an HR service company that specializes in recruiting, staffing, HR consulting and PEO services.
