Buddhism brought by Korea This caused a blending of Shinto and Buddhist beliefs Adopted a Chinese system of writing and art Chinese ways of everyday living such as Cooking Gardening, Drinking tea Hairdressing Eventually they felt they had learned enough and ended formal missions to China
