This guide is designed for an Organizer and discusses some features of Powernoodle that are available only to the Organizer. This guide also contains information about the role of Participants in a Powernoodle session.

7. Desired outcome: A detailed list potential vendors.  Gather experiences and input on a wider basis than would otherwise be possible by including more people  Gather input from people who are in other geographies  Gather experiences and input from people in other time zones or do shift work

8. It Starts with the Right Question. To create the Vendor Assessment Powernoodle:  Create the Powernoodle Session.  Create a Powernoodle question or questions that will capture the required input. For example: “ What companies are you aware of that offer services or products that might be part of the solution?”  Invite all participants via email into the Powernoodle Session. The Organizer’s job: The goal of this Powernoodle is to identify potential vendors for consideration and gather experience with each current vendor. 1.Ask each Participant to add the names of vendors that could be considered for part of the project. 2.Remind everyone to add opinions, experience or history with each vendor in the Comments area. 3.Rate each vendor on relevant metrics.
