Change control – very important to understand this for making configuration changes to your system
At my facility, I have to submit a form with my changes summarized and I include a copy of the screen shot, configuration report, and printed version (as applicable)
Then I have to attend our EDC (Electronic Documentation Committee) meeting to present my changes
