6 Our Offer Academic supported project 12 - 36 months Average cost £17,300 - £26,000 per annum to company High impact/ innovation projects Graduate employed by university Based fulltime at the company Access to university resource and facilities KTP - Knowledge Transfer Partnership Academic supported project 6 - 24 months £23,750 average company cost per annum Pre-Innovation based growth projects Graduate employed by company Dedicated liason officer support Part-funded by ERDF KEEN - Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise Network Recent graduate, 12 wks – 24wks £295 + VAT per week No company NI or tax OR Recent graduate, 25 wks – 12 mths £325 +VAT p/wk Graduate STEP Short term projects Part time or full time May attract Tax or NI Minimum pay £6.75 per hour Paid Graduate Scheme Student for 10-12 weeks £295 + VAT per week No company NI or tax Classic STEP Graduate for up to 10 weeks Company asked to cover travel costs Company can offer employment to graduate Graduate Voluntary Scheme Term time option only Student project placements FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT
