5 home TYPES OF FOOD APPLES ORANGES WATERMELON BANANAS Fruits are delicious and full of good sugars for your body. Consume 3-5 servings of this group.

6 home TYPES OF FOOD CHEESEMILK Dairy products such as lowfat milk and cheese contain fats and calcium for our bodies to grow strong. Eat/drink 2-3 servings each day

7 homhome TYPES OF FOOD HAMBURGER STEAK CHICKEN Lean meats contain protein that our bodies need. Eat 2-3 servings of lean meats each day
