5 RCGP – Put Patients First, Back General Practice Please also support The Royal College of General Practitioners campaign to fight the funding crisis in your local surgery – less money means a cut in services for patients. 6 Phlebotomy (blood clinic) The phlebotomist has short appointment times to take your blood test It would be very helpful if patients could present with coats/jackets/cardigans off. Thank you

7 Summer Holiday abroad? When booking your holiday, particularly late bookings on the internet, please make sure you have enough time for any vaccinations that are necessary for your destination.

8 Summer Holiday abroad? Please complete a travel form at reception. The nurse will contact you with full travel advice and make an appointment for vaccinations if appropriate. Don’t forget malaria tablets!

9 Hay-fever Did you know that your local chemist or pharmacist can advise you regarding hay-fever and home remedies? For example anti-histamines and eye drops?

10 Physiotherapy – self referral Patients are able to refer themselves for physiotherapy advice either online or by phone Initially advice and exercises Onward referral if necessary No need to see your GP! Pick up a card from reception

12 Early Morning Tuesday and Saturday Morning Clinics Please note that if you wish to see a Dr. between 7am and 8am on a Tuesday or between 8am and 11am on a Saturday, you must book an appointment in advance. We regret that “walk in” patients are not able to be seen during these surgery times. Thank you.

20 Dr Adam Wankowski Dr Wankowski will be retiring from the practice after 25 years on the 29 th of August. Dr Wankowski’s patients will be advised of the arrangements for their future care. Unfortunately, at present, it is not possible to transfer patients to another Partner because of existing workloads.
