IDIQ Contract Indefinite delivery indefinite quantity JOC is regulated by Washington State RCW 39.10.420 -.460 $4,000,000/year for 2 years + 1 option year $350,000 max per delivery order Unit price book establishes price for projects (Examples: RSMeans, Gordian, etc.) Agreed line item proposal becomes a lump sum price Relationship Overall contract is performance based Open communication Transparency and trust Pricing

JOC contractor must subcontract at least 90% of the direct construction work Subcontractors price work normally to JOC contractor Payment to subcontractors are expedited (prompt pay) Goals for small business = 20% of contract amount JOC contractor breaks down scope for subcontractors to bid their specialty Less red tape for subcontractors Mentoring of subcontractors Prevailing wage Subcontractor Participation
