BIJA has a network of over 100 strong certified trainers across India & Abroad to perform training from Executive level to Top management. Pre Training & Support: BIJA ensures to take the inputs for the training from the business heads also to customize the programme and create live practical case study based on every industry. BIJA conducts Assessments before, during & after the training programme. BIJA supports clients with attractive poster design to pull in nominations for the programme. After Training programme: BIJA is the only company to send report based on the individual participant performance after every programme. (Inhouse or OBT) BIJA provides Email support to the participants after the training programme. BIJA provides Chat support through what’s app, Skype, WizIQ after the training programme. BIJA provides various Reinforcement techniques (through Mini Booklet, Flash Cards, Commitment sheets, Positive Affirmations, etc) to apply the concepts learnt.
