18 Next generation reporting SLOB’s – Slow and absolute lines Here we can use COMPOSA to determine lines that are not selling out from outlet level Can support innovation feedback and reduce returns/damages, enhance supply chain Grey imports tracker COMPOSA can be used to monitor the impact and extent of grey imported products on shelf in the outlets Point of sale management All point of sale materials can be tracked using COMPOSA. Both the distribution and availability Qualitative, practical limitations, correct print runs can be established to cut costs/waste/sustainability Short dated stock tracker Expiry dates on stock monitored using COMPOSA to ensure relevant action is taken when certain products start to reach the end of their shelf life. Foods /Ice Cream and short dated lines can be couponed to increase sales. Gap SKU reporting COMPOSA will be used to keep track of key lines that are out of stock on shelf in the outlet Outlet map reporting Map based colour robot reports to indicate status of certain KPI’s, PS status and efficient route planning
