Approximately 68% of these costs will be for personnel, while the other percent will be for equipment, supplies and consultants. 12 Success Criteria: The project will be successful if Summerville Police reduces the amount of sick time related to cardiovascular incidences by 20 percent, muscular-skeletal incidents by 40 percent, and lower the average resting pulse of unfit employees by 5 beats per minute during the second full year of the project.
