13. ☺ Pros:  active colleagues  contribution of Ss+Ts amazing, very flexible  positive feedback of students  students very dedicated – responsibility – more independent learners  Cons:  money > parents  timing  substitution for certain teachers  prep. time-consuming  all Ss involved!
