Top 10 Responses 1.- Respect the job description a receptionist is not attendance. 2.- Employees should vote on important matters like paying for attorneys for board members and anything that impacts the district budget. 3.- Not to increase the medical benefits cost every year. 4.- 1 hour lunches. 5.- Fair promotion opportunities. 6.- Yearly training opportunities. 7.- Coverage for other positions should only be when people are out more that 3 consecutive days and not during lunches. 8.- Contract needs to be clear on what a back-up can and cannot do if the employee is physically present. 9.- If one is sick and want to make up time instead of being docked. 10.- Re-evaluate the exams for more valid methods of evaluations.
