Attend seminar to learn a presentation you can adapt to help seekers build a bridge to employment - at job fairs! Employers come to job fairs to MEET job seekers, to get a feel for candidates, not necessarily to hire. So, the job seeker's goal should be to network or build a bridge to employment. Despite the fact that mining companies historically receive 1,000+ applications per hourly opening
