3. Step 2: click on content vendor you will be using to deliver your course

4. Step 3: Login Using Single-Sign-On Login using your DOE network ID (your email ID without the “@schools.nyc.gov”) and password

5. Step 3: Errors on Login Page If you see this message when you click “Submit,” you need to change your password once before logging in. Click here to change your password.

6. Step 4: Errors once reaching content vendors APEX ERROR MESSAGE AVENTA ERROR MESSAGE If you get any of these errors, your DOE username and password are fine, but you don’t have access to the content. Contact the iLearnNYC team (iLearnNYC@schools.nyc.g ov and your STARS program chair/scheduler) to find out which vendors you should have access to and if your courses are properly inputted into STARS.iLearnNYC@schools.nyc.g ov

7. Step 4: Errors once reaching content vendors COMPASS ERROR MESSAGE CONSPIRACY CODE ERROR MESSAGE If you get any of these errors, your DOE username and password are fine, but you don’t have access to the content.

8. Step 4: Errors once reaching content vendors K12 ERROR MESSAGE If you don’t have any courses assigned to you in Moodle, you will see “You are logged in as [Logout]” If you get any of these errors, your DOE username and password are fine, but you don’t have access to the content.
