2. Material:  Sensitive balance  Flask  Measuring cylinder  Filter paper  Distilled water  Bunsen burner  Autoclave  Sterile Petri dish  Bottle of media to be prepared

3. Method  Read the formula in the bottle of media, and count the amount of the powder according to the volume you want to prepare  Using the sensitive balance weight the media  Add the accurate amount of distilled water  Dissolve the content by heating in BB  Sterilize the media in autoclave 121C for 10 minutes, or according to the instruction in the bottle  Dispense in sterile petri dishs

4.  According to the formula Prepare  100 ml of 10% blood agar  100 of CLED  100m kilglar iron agar
