Pictures by Butch Shadwell New Year’s Resolution Make one of you New Year Resolutions to share the mission of Kiwanis with your friends, neighbors, coworkers, and business associates. Commit to bringing at least one guest a month to a meeting and working towards getting at least one new member to join in 2007. Thank you to Rev. Lynne Dukes for her inspiring talk on “Keeping Meaningful New Year’s Resolutions” Thank you to Alan Walker for leading us in singing Christmas Carols. The reading to pre-school kids last week included our giving books to each child with a letter attached to the parents. Our members taking part were: John Meighan, Bill Montgomery, and Jay Ambler at Navy Child Development Center on Tues 12/19 Gary Crumley, Dick Brand, and John Bates at Head Start Southwinds Villas on Wed 12/20 Corky Borders at Head Start, Anders School on Wed 12/20 This event reached 160 Children.
