7 Conviction Personal conviction is what you (as a person) strongly believe. Leaders have –developed beliefs –communicated those beliefs to their team –taken action based on those beliefs. Beliefs are not always easy to come by or right in front of one's face. 8 Courage Great leaders ask themselves: –Do I have the courage to lead despite the resistance? –Do I have the courage to have my beliefs questioned?
