NATIONAL- ENABLING 45 11 ETTs functioning as convergence mechanisms for LED projects 4 LED Course Modules (LED Fundamentals, CCA4LED, Investment and Incentives Code, Tourism Planning) 1 LED Info Portal (Sparkbiz.ph) established DILG staff strengthened for 52 business-friendly and competitive LGUs

9. LOCAL- ENABLING Business-friendly and competitive LGUs built through the following: 134 25 104 Local investments and incentives code (LIIC) formulated/enhanced LGU business plans prepared 207 LEIPOs trained using LED4LGUs course

10. LOCAL- ENABLING LGUs assisted in streamlining BPLS and in seeking financing for LED projects to grow the local tourism 20 LGUs undertaking destination marketing initiatives with private sector 11 LGUs have Tourism Statistics and Information Systems (TSIS)

11. LED INITIATIVES LGUs were supported to work with the private sector and NGAs on 22 priority LED initiatives. Approaches include: 52 10 11 Tourism Circuit Development Plans identified growth strategies in tourism Workforce Development Plans aimed at improving local workforce supply-demand balance 5 Business Recovery Centers supported
